Book and pay the company
Bank transfer to the company account. You get a receipt and a booking or allotment letter.
Sign, or use a power of attorney
Sign yourself, or appoint someone you trust if you cannot travel.
Instalments and updates
Pay on the agreed dates. We send dated site photos and videos.
Handover and transfer
Collect keys or complete transfer in person or through your attorney.
Check before you pay
We name the approving body on each listing and share the approval pack on request. Pay only to the company bank account. Ask us for the details in writing.

About BuildOnDo I need to travel to Pakistan?
Not for most steps. Booking and payments work from abroad. For some signings, travel or use a power of attorney.
Do you promise returns?
No. We do not promise returns, rental income or price growth.
Is there a UAE number?
No. WhatsApp our UK or Pakistan number. We call you in UAE time.
