Can I buy from the UK or UAE?
Yes. Most steps work from abroad. Some signings need you or a power of attorney.

I only have a foreign passport. Can I buy?
Tell us early. Many processes need CNIC, NICOP or POC. We check what your deal needs.
Do you promise returns?
No.
Paying
How do I pay?
Bank transfer to the company account. Ask us for the details in writing. Receipt every time.
GBP or AED?
Contracts are in PKR. Your bank converts. Guide figures on this site are approximate.
Payment plan?
Ask us for the schedule on the home or deal you choose.
Someone asks me to pay a different account?

Documents
Power of attorney?
If you cannot travel. poa.nadra.gov.pk or a Pakistani embassy or consulate.
What documents do I get?
Receipts, booking or allotment letter, and transfer papers. Ask us for the full list on your deal.

No. WhatsApp UK or Pakistan. We call in UAE time.
When can I call?
Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time. UK: Weekday evenings and weekends by appointment (UK time).
