Islamabad and Rawalpindi

CDA and DHAI

BuildOn builds homes in DHAI and helps buyers and sellers in CDA and DHAI Islamabad. For local buyers and overseas Pakistanis.

Two authorities matter most for the homes we work on: the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI) and the Capital Development Authority (CDA). They run different kinds of land.
