The steps

Before any payment we send approvals, the plan, the price and the payment schedule.
Ask us for the pack for the home or area you choose.

Check the authority's website, or ask a lawyer in Pakistan to review the papers.

Bank transfer to the company account. You get a receipt and a booking or allotment letter.
Never pay a personal account. Never trust a bank-detail change by message. Ask about Roshan Digital Account if you need it.

Sign yourself, or appoint someone you trust if you cannot travel.
NADRA online POA: poa.nadra.gov.pk. Some authorities need their own form; we tell you which.

Pay on the agreed dates. We send dated site photos and videos.
Keep every bank confirmation and receipt.

Collect keys or complete transfer in person or through your attorney.
We confirm the current FBR advance tax before you book.
What you need
- CNIC, NICOP or POC (tell us early if you only hold a foreign passport)
- Passport
- Any further papers the authority asks for on that deal
Power of attorney
Use this if you cannot be in Pakistan to sign. NADRA online: poa.nadra.gov.pk. Or attest at a Pakistani embassy or consulate. DHA may need its own form.
Paying safely
- Company bank account only. Ask us for the details in writing.
- Never pay a personal account. Never accept a bank-detail change by WhatsApp.
- Keep every receipt.
Roshan Digital Account
Ask us if your deal can use an RDA. Background: State Bank, Roshan Apna Ghar.
Tax
Pakistan charges advance tax on purchase. We confirm the current FBR figure before you book. Your UK or UAE tax is separate; speak to an adviser there.
